Where do I drop off my vehicle?

At our location in Grand Island, NE. The exact drop-off address is sent after payment, on your Stripe receipt and confirmation page.

How long does a detail take?

2 to 3 days on average once the vehicle is dropped off.

How far out are you booked?

About 1 month. If we can fit you in sooner, we will reach out by email.

Do you come to me?

No. We are drop-off only, so every job is done at our Grand Island location.

Is there a discount for first responders and veterans?

Yes. First responders, military veterans, firefighters and police get 20% off. Tick the hero box in the builder.

Do I pay before or after?

The full detail is paid upfront online through Stripe. The drop-off location and next steps are on your receipt.

Is there a bundle price for a full detail?

No. A full detail is the interior and exterior prices added together.

Can paint correction remove every scratch?

No. Step 3 removes 90 to 99% of scratches, but deep scratches need a repaint, which we do not offer.

Which coating do you recommend?

The synthetic ceramic coating ($500), plus the wheels-only synthetic coating ($200) to help repel brake dust.

How often do I need a full detail?

Usually every 2 to 4 years, depending on use and passengers, with maintenance details in between.

Do you detail boats and motorcycles?

Yes, by quote only. Send photos through the quote form, by email or by text.

Do memberships have a contract?

No. No minimum term. Cancel anytime. Memberships are billed monthly and are by appointment.

Is sales tax included in the prices?

No. Sales tax added at checkout. Nebraska taxes vehicle washing, waxing and detailing services.

Can I book an add-on by itself?

Yes. Add-ons like headlight restoration, pet hair removal, odor treatment and engine bay cleaning can be booked on their own. The hand wax is the exception: it goes on top of an exterior detail.
